Go To People engaged through The Go To Girl’s services operate as independent contractors and are directly paid by the employer.

As self-employed individuals, Go To People have the flexibility to work remotely from their own home or on-site at the employer’s premises, depending on the requirements of the task or project.  T&C’s must be agreed with the Go To Person before work commences.

Employment Status: Go To People are not employees of The Go To Girl or the employer. They operate as independent contractors responsible for their own tax and national insurance contributions.

Payment: Payment for services rendered by Go To People is made directly by the employer. The Go To Girl facilitates the connection between the employer and the Go To Person but does not handle any financial transactions between the parties.

Work Arrangements: Go To People have the flexibility to choose their working hours and location based on mutual agreement with the employer. This includes the option to work remotely from home or at the employer’s premises, as deemed suitable for the task at hand.

Liability: The Go To Girl acts solely as a facilitator in connecting employers with Go To People. While we strive to ensure the suitability of Go To People for the tasks requested by employers, we do not assume any liability for the actions or performance of Go To People during their engagement.

Termination: Either the employer or the Go To Person may terminate their engagement at any time, subject to the terms of their agreement and any applicable notice periods.

Go To Girl Fees: The fees paid to Go To Girl are non-refundable and as agreed.  Invoices must be paid in full prior to the Go To Person commencing work.
